Where is MMJ Self Storage located?
MMJ Storage is located at 17600 AP Hill Boulevard (Route
301) in Bowling Green, Virginia. Our location is convenient for people in
Bowling Green, Ruther Glen, Thornburg, Port Royal, and King George.
Am I required to store long-term?
No, storage rentals are month to month. This means that you
can move out at any time. We just ask for a week heads up before you move out.
Will I be charged a deposit?
No, we do not charge a deposit for any of our storage units.
When you reserve a unit you will be charged for the first month’s rent only.
How do I reserve a unit?
You can reserve a unit through the website or by giving us a
call at 804-500-6455.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay for your storage unit using ACH, a debit card,
or a credit card. You can do this through your account or by calling in to make
a payment. You can also be setup on autopay to avoid the hassle of having to
remember your storage bill each month.
Can I create an account to pay my bill?
When you take the unit through the website an account will
be created for you. You will create your own login details. Your account can be
used to manage your storage unit including making payments and scheduling
move-outs. If you already have a unit without an account, please give us a call
or email. We will set you up with your account!
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods,
flammable or hazardous items, and combustible items or liquids.
What types of units do you offer?
We have six different unit sizes to choose from. 5x10s,
5x15s, 10x10s, 10x15s, 10x20s, and 10x30s.
Do you offer climate controlled units?
We do not offer climate controlled units at this time.
Can I drive right up to my unit?
Yes, all of our units are drive-up units. You will be able to pull a car, truck, or van right up to the unit to unload your belongings.
Will my belongings be secure?
Absolutely. The facility has a gate that surrounds the
entire facility. Each tenant receives their own personalized gate code when
they reserve a unit (when the tenant moves out their code is deactivated). The
facility is equipped with cameras that are monitored and recorded. The property
is very well lit at night.
